Triple Eccentric Metal to Metal Bidirectional Butterfly Valve

The sealing ring of the three eccentric hard sealed butterfly valve has three designs: multi-level, elastic, and all metal. All metal hard sealing is different from multi-level hard sealing and elastic hard sealing. All metal hard sealed butterfly valves are suitable for higher temperature conditions.

    Triple offset metal sealed butterfly valve uses a stem through an approximate circular plate of the disc and the valve stem rotation to drive the rotation of the disc, in order to control the effect of fluid switch. Triple offset metal sealing butterfly valve uses the three eccentric structure with multi-layer metal seal or pure metal sealing ring, different sealing materials are being used according to the different temperature request from end user. The structure of valve sealing ring that was formed after machining for triple eccentric butterfly valve is oblique cone type, the purpose of which is to let the disc open in a subtle angle and seat sealing surface can be completely separated from the sealing surface of disc, thus to reduce the friction of sealing surface during the open and close.

    and multilayer sealing surface is susceptible to fluid erosion leading
    to short service life. However, DBV butterfly valve adopts all metal
    forged seal ring,and overlays stellite alloy on the sealing surface. lts
    advantages are anti-wear, anti-erosion and long service life, etc.
    DBV butterfly valve is suitable for many poor working conditions
    such as high pressure and high temperature.
